Overview
The land for this church was donated by Mr. George William Ibbott. It was built in 1908 and dedicated on St Bartholomew's Day 24th August 1910.
In 1929 the Ibbott family donated four stained glass windows.
The Advocate newspaper reported that the church was renovated in 1933.
The silver jubilee was celebrated for this church on 24th August 1935, when the Bishop of Tasmania the Right Rev. Dr. R.S. Hay conducted a special service.
This church was on the 1997 Anglican rationalisation list. No longer in use, as of July 2024 it was taken off the market.
