Overview
In early June 1917, according to The Daily Telegraph, efforts were underway to eliminate the debt associated with the church construction. A sum of £25 was required, with members pledging £15 12s 6d. It was anticipated that additional funds would be raised to fully finance the building project.
Delegates from across the state convened at the Mole Creek Church of Christ for a conference held in their newly constructed church on the 26th of December 1917.
The Weekly Courier featured an article accompanied by photographs of the new church.
