Overview

In August 1896 the sum of £40 had been raised for the purpose of building a Presbyterian Church at Mount Seymour. The foundation stone was laid on the 9th November 1898 by the Rev. L. Campbell of Oatlands with a large gathering of people present.

A new Presbyterian church was opened at Mount Seymour in May 1901 and in September 1902 the new church was closed while the interior was plastered and finished. The re-opening took place on Sunday 28th September 1902

This building was advertised for sale in September 2008.
