Overview
The new church building was opened on the Sabbath afternoon 23rd September 1967. The building is situated on a commanding site in Talbot Road, the land had been purchased in 1958. This church replaced the building on the corner of Maitland and Percy Streets.
It had become evident that a new structure was needed for the growing congregation. The building can accommodate 250 people on padded seats, the church is equipped with a downstairs classroom and welfare rooms.
