Overview
S t Lukes Chapel at Willow Court opened in May 1970 with a dedication ceremony.
Nurse Jeanette A. Canton, reminiscing about her time in August 1969 stated the following:
After Christmas we moved into K.2 - very palatial. We have a workroom downstairs where they are at present engaged upon the manufacture of the pews for the new hospital chapel, they are very strong and quite attractive. I can assure you they are safe - I personally have tested them!
This chapel is still standing in its original location at Willow Court.
