Overview
On 3rd April 1954, a church building committee was chosen, paving the way for the inaugural services to take place in the newly constructed building on the 27th July 1957. The momentous occasion of the church's dedication ceremony was held on 28th April 1959, led by Pastors Donalson and Rudge.
In 1902, Brother and Sister Ben Young organized a significant event on their property by hosting the first Sabbath gathering near a captivating waterfall. Meanwhile, Pastor R.A. Thrift dedicated his efforts to serving the Smithton area, tirelessly laboring for the community's spiritual well-being.
