Overview
Anglican services were held in 1909 at the state school. Land was generously donated by Mr. William Old and a working guild was formed to raise funds to build a church.
Eventually a building was completed and named the Mission Hall, it was also used as a social centre. In 1922 the building was consecrated and renamed St Mary's. The Yolla Memorial Hall then became the social centre.
In 1972 a new vestry was one of the new improvements added at a cost of $800.
