Overview
This chapel was in located in High Street close to Argyle Street. The following information was recorded by Eleanor Linda Monks.
The Chapel in High (now Tasma) St was rented from the Methodist Church for temporary use of Trinity Parish from 1845 till Jan 1845 (sic) when Trinity Church was opened for public worship.
The Chapel still stands, evident of the fine workmanship of the day, though it is now a comfortable dwelling owned by Messrs Nolan, a front has been added, and it is known as No. 10 Tasma St.
Note No. 10 Tasma Street is now a wholesalers.
